Scope
1.1 This specification covers coppered carbon steel wire supplied in coils for general use. It may be produced hard drawn, annealed in process, or annealed at finish size. The coating is very
thin and is not designed for protection against corrosion.
1.2 The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as the standard. The values given in parentheses are provided for information only.
